Thought I’d track my workouts for some semblance of accountability here. Gotta lean how to be more tumblr friendly so sorry for the boring text post.
Today was the first day to do anything after a far too long and exhausting weekend. I went to rugby practice which consisted of touch (ugh… Don’t play touch, play rugby… I haaaate touch), some sprint ladders, basic passing drills, around the horn w touch, and running lines with the girls. When I came home I did zuzka lights beginner workout #1. 4.3 (all but the lunge things) rounds in fifteen minutes, but modified pushups to knees and chest to ground, no dumbells
